Refund Policy

Dr ZK Academy is committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines your entitlements under various scenarios. Please read it carefully before purchasing any of our services.

To request a refund, please email us at zunaira.kafeel@drzkacademy.com with your order details and the reason for your request.

1. MCCQE1 Workshop Series

The following conditions apply to all live workshop series enrolments:

• Full refund: A full refund will be issued if you request cancellation within 48 hours of enrolment, provided you have not attended any sessions of the workshop series.
• Partial refund (50%): If you have attended one (1) session of the workshop series and request cancellation within 7 days of that session, a 50% partial refund of the total enrolment fee will be issued.
• No refund: No refund will be provided once you have attended two (2) or more sessions of any workshop series.

2. Full-Length Mock Examinations & Digital Resources

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of mock examinations, question banks, and other downloadable or accessible resources:

• No refund will be provided once access to mock examination content, digital question banks, or downloadable resources has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Personalised Study Plans

• Full refund: A full refund will be issued if you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded your personalised study plan.
• No refund: No refund will be issued once the personalised study plan has been accessed, downloaded, or shared with you.

4. One-on-One Mentorship Sessions

• Full refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel a scheduled mentorship session with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
• No refund: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Academy-Cancelled or Rescheduled Sessions

If Dr ZK Academy cancels a scheduled workshop session or programme due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Affected participants will be offered a full reschedule to the next available cohort, or
• A full refund for the cancelled session(s), at the participant's preference.

We will make every effort to provide at least 48 hours' notice in the event of a cancellation.

6. ZK Online Academy (Teachable Platform)

Purchases made directly through the ZK Online Academy on the Teachable platform are subject to the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase on that platform. Please review Teachable's policies before purchasing.

7. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Dr ZK Academy is not responsible for any delays imposed by financial institutions.
