Dr. ZK Academy is committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines your entitlements under various scenarios. Please read it carefully before purchasing any of our services.
To request a refund, email zunaira.kafeel@drzkacademy.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
1. MCCQE Workshops and NAC OSCE Courses
- Full refund: issued if you request cancellation within 48 hours of enrolment, provided you have not attended any session.
- Partial refund (50%): if you have attended one (1) session and request cancellation within 7 days of that session.
- No refund: once you have attended two (2) or more sessions of any workshop or course.
2. Mock Examinations, Flashcards & Digital Resources
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of mock examinations, flashcards, question banks, and other digital resources, no refund will be provided once access has been granted. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing purchased content, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
3. NAC OSCE Mock Sessions (Half / Full)
- Full refund: if you cancel a scheduled mock session with at least 24 hours' notice.
- No refund: for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows.
4. CaRMS Sessions and 1:1 Consultations
- Full refund: if you cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours' notice before the start time.
- No refund: for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows.
5. Academy-Cancelled or Rescheduled Sessions
If Dr. ZK Academy cancels a scheduled session or program due to unforeseen circumstances, affected participants will be offered a full reschedule to the next available cohort or a full refund for the cancelled session(s), at the participant's preference. We will make every effort to provide at least 48 hours' notice.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval, by Interac e-Transfer to the account used at the time of purchase. Dr. ZK Academy is not responsible for delays imposed by financial institutions.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email 📧 zunaira.kafeel@drzkacademy.com with the subject line Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Program Name], including your full name, the email used at enrolment, the program purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Our team responds within 3 business days.
