Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Dr. ZK Academy website, the Dr. ZK Learning Portal, or enrolling in any of our programs. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Dr. ZK Academy website (drzkacademy.com), creating an account on the Dr. ZK Learning Portal, or enrolling in any program, workshop, or service offered by Dr. ZK Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Nature of Services

Dr. ZK Academy provides educational services to International Medical Graduates (IMGs) preparing for Canadian medical licensure. Our services include:

• Live online MCCQE workshop series (individual workshops or the complete package)
• MCCQE mock examinations (full-length, mini, and specialty-wise) with detailed explanations
• Flashcards and spaced-revision resources
• NAC OSCE preparation courses and station-based mock examinations with feedback
• CaRMS application support sessions
• One-on-one pathway consultations

All services are provided for educational purposes only. Dr. ZK Academy is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) or any provincial regulatory authority.

3. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment payments are made by Interac e-Transfer to our Canadian account. Access to enrolled content in the learning portal is activated once payment is confirmed. Some purchases (such as separately purchased mock exams) provide access for a limited time period, as stated at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Dr. ZK Academy — including workshop materials, mock examination questions, flashcards, presentations, videos, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. ZK Academy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials or examination questions.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any Dr. ZK Academy content or portal account to third parties.
• Record workshop sessions without explicit written consent.
• Use our content for commercial purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or contacting us.
• Use our services solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• Keep your portal login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Engage respectfully with instructors and other members of the community.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dr. ZK Academy provides educational content and preparation resources in good faith. We make no guarantees regarding examination outcomes, pass rates, or scores on the MCCQE, NAC OSCE, or any other assessment, nor success in obtaining Canadian medical licensure or residency placement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. ZK Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

7. Modifications to Services

Dr. ZK Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, cohort schedule, or content at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province of Ontario. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
